**Late Check Out**

We're excited to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible! If you’d like a late check out, just get it preapproved by your cleaning manager within 48 hours of your departure. Remember, if you check out just thirty minutes after the usual 10 AM, there’s a small $25 fee, but no worries for preapproved late check! We’ll do our best to accommodate everyone’s needs.

**Cancellations**

We totally understand that plans can change, and we’re here to make cancellations as smooth as possible! Just let your cleaning manager know at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any extra fees.-minute cancellations may incur a fee of up to 25% of estimated cost, but if you give us a heads up outside of that timeframe, you’re in the clear!

**Pools & Spa**

Our amazing Northern Shores Cleaning Company team is here to assist, but please keep in mind we’re not pool and spa professionals. We’re happy to perform basic maintenance as directed by you, but we aren’t liable for any damages. Let’s keep everything enjoyable and stress-free!

**Billing & Payments**

You’ll receive your invoice via email within 72 hours after we complete our service—how convenient is that? Payments are due upon receipt, and we accept credit and debit cards online. Just a quick note: payments by check need preapproval, and please avoid cash payments for ease!

**Tips**

We appreciate your generosity! When tipping our team, please use the tip” option in our billing system to ensure everyone gets their fair share. It’s a great way to show your gratitude without leaving cash behind!

**Supplies & Deliveries**

Northern Shores is happy to assist our customers with supplies when needed. Northern Shores is able to provide most consumable supplies supplies such as bathroom paper, paper towels, bathroom soaps, laundry detergent, dish soaps and more. Please speak with your sales representative to arrange your supplies to be purchased through Northern Shores Cleaning Company.
